Product Overview
This used de-methanizer tower was removed from the Huerfano Mountain Gas Plant in New Mexico, a former natural gas processing facility, and is offered for sale in as-removed condition.
The tower is approximately 70 feet in height and served as a major process vessel within the natural gas liquids (NGL) processing system. Demethanizer towers are commonly used in cryogenic gas processing facilities to separate methane from heavier hydrocarbon liquids, producing methane-rich residue gas while recovering valuable natural gas liquids (NGLs). The separation process typically relies on low-temperature distillation with associated heat exchange and reboiler systems.
This equipment may be suitable for continued industrial service, refurbishment, modification, or repurposing, subject to inspection and engineering evaluation by the purchaser.
