The company has since grown into a diversified industrial fabrication and service organization with operations across multiple facilities, and continues to operate under his leadership as CEO.

Today, Hess Services provides integrated capabilities across engineering, manufacturing, and field services. Our core work includes the design, fabrication, and repair of industrial and oilfield equipment such as API storage tanks, ASME pressure vessels, piping systems, structural skids, and service rigs.
Our primary facilities are located in Hays, Kansas, with additional operations in Watford City, North Dakota. Across these locations, we maintain significant fabrication, assembly, and operational space to support both custom and production work.
