Used Warm Gas Exchanger & Cold Separator Package
Hess Services is offering this used Warm Gas Exchanger & Cold Separator Package, removed from the feed gas processing section of the Huerfano Mountain Gas Plant in New Mexico, a modular natural gas processing facility commissioned in 2007. This skid-mounted package includes the original warm gas exchanger, cold separator vessel, structural skid, interconnecting piping, instrumentation, and associated process equipment. It is being offered in its current as-removed condition and is available for inspection at the Hess Services yard.
This equipment was removed from a modular natural gas processing facility that was shut down due to declining field production and changing market conditions. The plant remained operational at the time it was taken out of service. The equipment has since been stored at our facility and is available for inspection.
This integrated process module offers an excellent opportunity for inspection, refurbishment, repurposing, or integration into natural gas processing, condensate stabilization, pilot plant, or other industrial process applications.

Condition
This package was professionally removed from service during the dismantling of a modular natural gas processing facility and is currently stored at the Hess Services yard. Original installation photographs are included for reference along with current condition photographs showing the equipment as it exists today. The exchanger, separator vessel, piping, instrumentation, and structural skid remain largely intact.
