Hess Services is offering a complete used propane refrigeration package removed from the former Elm Ridge 300 BPD Stabilizer Plant, originally engineered by Newpoint Gas Services (Job #1168).
This skid-mounted process refrigeration system was originally designed for hydrocarbon processing applications and includes major process equipment, piping, instrumentation, and associated components mounted on a common skid for simplified transportation, installation, and integration.
