New, never used, surplus old inventory.   Stored indoors for 9-10 years.  Sold without warranty or guarantee

We purchased these new in bulk for our own projects, they will be re-boxed or shipped on pallet via freight (depending on quantity ordered)  May be dusty from sitting in storage.  Some flanges may have plugs, others do not.
