4" × 3" CL150 SA516-70 Studded Reducing Flange Studded Reducer
Hess Services' 4" × 3" Studded Reducing Flange / Studded Reducer is manufactured from SA516-70 carbon steel and is designed to reduce pipe size while providing a studded flanged connection for pressure vessels, storage tanks, separators, and industrial piping systems.
Available with or without an optional 1" NPT threaded port and in multiple standard finish colors.

The gasket seating surface is precision machined with serrated concentric grooves (45–55 grooves per inch) and a surface finish of Ra 125–250 µin using a 1/16" or larger tool radius.
Hardware Information
- Compatible with standard 5/8"-11 UNC studs.
- Studs, nuts, washers, and gasket sold separately.
- Bolt patterns are factory clocked according to the engineering drawing for proper flange alignment.
