Steel Tanks

Quality is the foundation Hess Services was built on. Although we have grown tremendously over the decades, our staple, still shines through each and every tank or gun barrel, manufactured in our yard.  Our tanks are pneumatically tested to 1.5 psi and inspected for leaks using spray soap solution on all welds. Tanks are then steel grit balsted to NACE No.2/SSPC SP-10 Near White Metal Blast Cleaning. The surface profile paint and coatings are measured and documented during our standard quality inspection process. Tanks are available in standard or custom sizes.  Our in-house engineers will work with you to get the custom design your well stream desires. Hess Services is audited anually by a 3rd party American Petroleum Inspector.  In addition, we are Certified to ISO 9001:2015.
